Job summary

Marsveterinary is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to manage client and pet flow, enhance team productivity, and ensure welcoming, efficient service. You’ll educate clients about wellness plans and coordinate care to support pet health in a busy veterinary hospital.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The role may include varied hours, including weekends, to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old to perform duties involving radiography (x-ray).
• One year related experience with customer service preferred.
• Medical background or terminology training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Guide flow of clients and pets to maximize hospital productivity.
• Promote hospital services and encourage client retention and referrals.
• Provide exceptional service; educate clients about pet health and wellness plans.
• Assist with documentation, inventory, and scheduling of appointments.
