Job summary

Mars Veterinary Health seeks a Client Financial Services Coordinator for a remote position based in Washington. You will handle inbound/outbound calls on past-due Wellness Plan payments, NSF situations, and hospital invoices, arranging payments or payment plans while maintaining client privacy and high service standards.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree is preferred or equivalent
• One year of customer service experience is required
• Excellent communication skills are required
• The ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively is required
• Strong client contact handling skills and active listening skills are required

Responsibilities

• Notify clients by telephone and email regarding delinquent accounts for Wellness Plans and hospital invoices
• Use collections techniques to negotiate and secure payment on accounts
• Document calls and resolutions using appropriate systems
• Assist hospital teams with Wellness Plan financial information
• Ensure delivery of an exceptional client experience in every interaction
• Educate associates and clients on business standards for Wellness Plans
