Job summary
BairesDev is seeking a Client Engagement Executive to drive new business and strengthen relationships with US clients. You will respond rapidly to high-volume inbound leads, pursue new opportunities through cold outreach, and present the company effectively during remote or in-person meetings.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years B2B field sales experience targeting US clientele.
- Proven ability to close deals and develop long-term client relationships.
- Experience hunting new clients, cold calling and closing deals.
- Strong marketing and negotiating skills.
- Must be located in San Francisco or New York.
- Experience selling staff augmentation services (on-site or off-shore).
- Knowledge of SDLC terminology, processes and roles.
- Experience in software development outsourcing environments.
- Experience working in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
