Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in B2B field sales targeting US clients (mandatory).
• Proven track record closing deals and building long-term client relationships.
• Experience prospecting new clients, cold calling and concluding sales.
• Strong marketing and negotiation techniques understanding.
• Experience selling staff augmentation services (on-site or off-shore).
• Knowledge of SDLC terminology, processes and roles.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to a high volume of inbound leads.
• Proactively generate new sales opportunities via cold calling, emails, networking and social media.
• Present the company to potential clients through remote and in-person meetings.
• Create regular reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
• Negotiate and close deals with new and existing clients.
