Norstella is seeking a Client Enablement Specialist to deliver training programs that empower users to maximize Citeline and Evaluate platforms. You will combine product expertise with instructional skills to onboard clients, drive adoption, and sustain proficiency across a global client base.

The role requires creating multi-format training content, collaborating with product, sales, and customer success teams, and managing a training calendar across time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 3+ years in training, learning & development, or customer education.
• Some familiarity with Citeline and/or Evaluate platforms (e.g., Trialtrove, Biomedtracker, Scrip).
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences industry.
• Experience developing multi-format training content (e-learning, video, job aids, instructor-led).
• Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to translate complex data and platform functionality into clear, user-friendly instruction.

Responsabilités

• Conduct onboarding training for new clients, ensuring smooth transition onto Evaluate and Citeline platforms.
• Conduct refresher trainings for current clients focusing on use cases and personas.
• Design and develop training sessions (eg. “How to market size for forecasting”) on Citeline and Evaluate products.
• Create and maintain training materials such as user guides, quick reference cards, e-learning modules, and video tutorials.
• Assess user training needs through usage data, personas, and use cases to tailor training programs.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams to stay current on platform updates and upcoming releases.
• Maintain a training calendar and manage scheduling across multiple time zones.
• Provide post-training support and follow-up resources.
• Track training completion, engagement, and outcomes using LMS/Salesforce; gather user feedback to improve content.
