Norstella is seeking a Client Enablement Specialist to deliver training that helps clients maximize use of Citeline and Evaluate platforms. You will join a life sciences data and AI solutions leader and partner with product, sales and customer success teams to ensure onboarding success and ongoing proficiency.

The role emphasizes multi-format content development, strong presentation skills, and the ability to tailor trainings to client personas across time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.
• 3+ years in training/education roles in life sciences.
• Familiarity with Citeline and/or Evaluate platforms (Trialtrove, Biomedtracker).
• Strong understanding of pharma/biotech industry and training needs.
• Experience creating multi-format training (e-learning, video, guides).
• Excellent presentation, communication and facilitation skills.
• Translate complex data/platforms into clear learning content.
• Self-motivated with ability to learn independently.

Responsabilités

• Onboard new clients with training on Evaluate and Citeline platforms.
• Deliver refresher trainings focusing on client use cases and personas.
• Design and develop training sessions and materials for multiple formats.
• Create and maintain user guides, quick reference cards, e-learning modules, and videos.
• Assess training needs using usage data and personas to tailor sessions.
• Collaborate with product, sales and customer success on updates and releases.
• Manage scheduling across time zones and track outcomes.
