Job summary

Norstella seeks a Client Enablement Specialist to deliver comprehensive onboarding and ongoing training for Citeline and Evaluate platforms. You will tailor programs to client needs, create diverse training assets, and work with product, sales and customer success teams to ensure adoption.

You will develop user guides, reference materials, and video tutorials while managing a multi-time-zone training calendar. This role requires effective communication and a proactive, self-motivated approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 3+ years in a training, learning & development, or customer education role.
• Some familiarity with Citeline and/or Evaluate platforms (e.g., Trialtrove, Biomedtracker, Scrip).
• Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences industry.
• Experience developing multi-format training content (e-learning, video, job aids, instructor-led).
• Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to translate complex data and platform functionality into clear, user-friendly instruction.
• Highly self-motivated with a strong ability to independently learn, adapt, and drive progress.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new clients with platform training.
• Deliver refresher trainings for existing clients.
• Develop training sessions for Citeline and Evaluate products.
• Create user guides, quick reference cards, e-learning modules, and videos.
• Assess training needs through usage data, personas, and use cases.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams.
• Maintain training calendar across time zones.
• Provide post-training support and follow-up resources.
• Track training completion and outcomes using an LMS and Salesforce.
• Gather user feedback to improve content and delivery.
