Job summary

Norstella is seeking a knowledgeable Client Enablement Specialist to deliver training programs that empower users to maximize Citeline and Evaluate platforms. You will support onboarding, adoption, and ongoing proficiency across our client base.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in training or customer education, with strong presentation and facilitation skills. Remote work is available, with east coast preference and some travel for on-site sessions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a training, learning & development, or customer education role.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new clients and deliver training on Citeline and Evaluate platforms.
• Conduct refresher trainings tailored to client use cases.
• Design and develop multi-format training content and materials.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams on updates and releases.
• Track training completion and outcomes using LMS/Salesforce.
