Norstella is seeking a Client Enablement Specialist to deliver onboarding and ongoing training for Citeline and Evaluate platforms. You will design sessions, create training materials, and tailor programs to client needs across multiple time zones.

The role requires 3+ years in training, strong communication skills, and the ability to translate complex data into clear instruction. Remote, US-based position with potential travel for on-site sessions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 3+ years in a training, learning & development, or customer education role.

Responsabilités

• Onboard new clients with training on Evaluate Pharma and related tools.
• Deliver refresher trainings tailored to client use cases and personas.
• Create and maintain training materials (guides, quick reference cards, e‑learning, videos).
• Collaborate with product, sales and customer success teams on updates and releases.
• Track training completion and outcomes using LMS or Salesforce.
