Job summary

Benefitfocus, a Voya Company, is seeking a Client Data Consultant to identify, analyze, and resolve complex data issues. This fully remote role involves coordinating solutions across teams, testing processes, and supporting data processing changes to improve quality and efficiency.

The candidate will review analyses, develop documentation, and train teammates while maintaining strong cross-functional relationships across Product, Sales, and Operations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a technical role.
• Proficient knowledge of EDI and payroll processes.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot issues and coordinate cross-team solutions.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment with minimal direction.

Responsibilities

• Perform triage and root cause analysis for data issues.
• Review analyses for accuracy and quality.
• Coordinate fixes across departments.
• Develop action plans for outstanding data issues.
• Support testing for product releases involving data processing.
