We require 10+ years in Customer Success or Account Management, experience with large, intricate portfolios, and preferred MBA PMP/GBA/CEBS knowledge.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Customer Success, Account Management or related roles.
• Experience managing a portfolio of high-complexity accounts.
• MBA PMP Certification and/or GBA/CEBS knowledge highly preferred.
• Industry knowledge: Insurance, Benefits Admin, SaaS, Healthcare, and/or BPO.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with a portfolio of Employer customers through all stages of the customer lifecycle.
• Stay abreast of industry and technology trends; educate and advocate for customers on the basis of these trends.
• Lead the internal Benefitfocus team on behalf of the customer, coordinating across departments and driving quality.
• Drive annual Open Enrollment success with customers, developing action plans with owners and timelines.
• Host internal training sessions and share best practices to facilitate growth across the team.
