Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year in a client-facing role (contact center, retail, hospitality, healthcare, or similar).
• Experience delivering high-quality client service in a fast-paced, multi-channel environment.

Responsibilities

• Interact with clients via phone, chat, email, and other channels in a timely, empathetic manner.
• Assist with appointment scheduling, service navigation, and billing inquiries.
• Document all interactions in CRM accurately and completely.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics including service levels and customer satisfaction.
• Escalate complex cases to appropriate teams with clear notes and follow-up.
