In this role you will handle documentation, pet information, invoices, and scheduling. Strong communication and teamwork are essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent English in reading, writing and speaking with strong communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple tasks with accuracy under distractions.
• Strong client service orientation and interest in preventative pet care.

Responsibilities

• Drive flow of clients and pets to maximize hospital productivity.
• Provide welcoming, professional service and educate clients about pet health.
• Assist with documentation, entering pet history and scheduling follow-ups.
• Process invoices, sell retail products and dispense prescription items as directed.
• Maintain accurate balances and follow opening/closing procedures.
