Job summary

Mars Veterinary Health is seeking a Financial Services Representative to support our Contact Center’s client financial engagement functions. This remote role focuses on past-due balances, wellness plan payments, and billing inquiries across multiple channels.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, empathy, and experience in financial services or collections. The role requires accurate documentation and collaboration with hospital teams to protect the client experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or related field preferred.
• Experience in collections, billing support, or customer service environments.
• Strong verbal and written communication across phone, email, chat, and SMS.

Responsibilities

• Provide client financial engagement support across multiple channels.
• Manage past-due balances, wellness plan payments, and payment plans.
• Educate clients on billing structures and financing options.
• Document client interactions accurately in CRM and financial systems.
• Collaborate with hospital teams and leadership to resolve payment issues.
