Job summary
World Wide Technology is seeking a Technical Solutions Architect focused on Anthropic Claude Cowork to help customers understand value, define adoption roadmaps, and deliver measurable business outcomes across knowledge-work functions.
In this remote, nationwide role, you will partner with account teams, run discovery sessions, demonstrate Claude Cowork, and design pilots while ensuring governance and responsible AI practices.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in technical pre-sales or solutions architecture.
- Experience translating emerging technology into practical business outcomes.
- Strong understanding of generative AI, large language models, and responsible AI adoption.
- Hands-on experience with Claude Cowork or comparable AI productivity platforms.
- Ability to design and communicate practical AI use cases across functions.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery sessions and workshops to surface high-value knowledge-work use cases.
- Demonstrate Claude Cowork in role-based scenarios tailored to customer priorities.
- Translate customer needs into adoption roadmaps and proofs of value plans.
- Collaborate with account teams and delivery architects on solution concepts and proposals.
- Design pilots, demos, and enablement sessions for enterprise adoption.
- Advise on governance, privacy, data handling, and responsible use practices.
