Job summary

Nimble Gravity, a remote-first AI practice, seeks a Senior Architect to lead technical pre-sales and enablement for Claude Code and Claude Cowork engagements. You’ll guide discovery, craft demonstrations, and shape client roadmaps across financial services and other regulated sectors.

You will demonstrate hands-on configurations, architect scalable workflows, and deliver value-driven sessions to 20+ engineers, driving meaningful, measurable outcomes for demanding enterprise clients.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software engineering, architecture or consulting with hands-on AI tooling.
• Deep, current fluency with Claude Code and Claude Cowork for custom skills and integrations.
• Experience presenting to large technical audiences and driving pre-sales activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical pre-sales and live demos tailored to client environments.
• Deliver hands-on enablement sessions for large engineering teams.
• Address architecture, data flow, security posture in real time.
• Frame business value and map workflows to Claude Code/Cowork capabilities.
• Identify follow-on engagements and contribute to proposals and roadmaps.
• Create reusable demos, skills, and reference architectures.
• Advise regulated clients on secure configurations and governance.
