Anthropic Limited is seeking an Applied AI team member in New York as a Pre‑Sales architect focused on helping federal agencies understand the value of Claude and how to integrate it into their technology stacks. You will guide customers from initial technical discovery through deployment, leveraging deep technical expertise and strong communication with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams.

You will help customers develop evals, design scalable architectures, and maximize value from Claude

Qualifications

• Must have prior experience working with US federal, state, and/or local agencies
• 5+ years in technical customer-facing roles (Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager)
• Experience navigating complex buying cycles with multiple stakeholders
• Excellent ability to translate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders including C-suite
• Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and integrating with enterprise systems
• Familiar with Python
• Familiarity with LLM frameworks and ML/data science background

Responsabilités

• Partner with account executives to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Serve as the primary technical advisor to enterprise customers through discovery, evaluation, and deployment
• Support customers building with Claude Code, Claude API, and Claude for Enterprise
• Create and deliver technical content for engineering teams and executives
• Guide technical architecture decisions and integrate Claude into customer tech stacks
• Help customers develop evaluation frameworks to measure Claude performance
• Identify common integration patterns and provide feedback to Product/Engineering
• Travel frequently to customer sites for workshops and deep dives
• Maintain knowledge of latest LLM developments and patterns
