Qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise-focused architecture or sales engineering experience.
• Experience working with large enterprise customers and complex buying cycles.
• Ability to translate requirements between technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and integrating with enterprise systems.
• Comfortable with Python and familiar with LLM frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Partner with account executives to understand customer needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Serve as the primary technical advisor through discovery, evaluation, and deployment.
• Own named or strategic enterprise accounts through multi-stakeholder cycles.
• Create technical content and build executive champions across accounts.
• Guide integration of Claude API and Claude for Enterprise into customer stacks.
• Develop evaluation frameworks and drive production-grade paths to adoption.
• Travel occasionally for workshops and deep dives.
