Job summary

Anthropic is seeking an Applied AI Pre‑Sales Architect to serve as a trusted technical advisor for GovTech and enterprise customers evaluating Claude. You will translate complex requirements into scalable architectures, guide pilots, and align technical outcomes with business goals while upholding our safety standards.

You'll collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams, develop evals, create compelling content, and travel to customer sites to drive successful deployments of Claude

Qualifications

• US Secret Clearance preferred
• 5+ years in technical customer-facing roles (Solutions Architect / Sales Engineer / TAM)
• Experience navigating complex buying cycles with multiple stakeholders
• Ability to translate customer requirements to technical and business stakeholders
• Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and enterprise integrations
• Familiar with Python and ML/LLM frameworks/tools

Responsibilities

• Partner with account executives to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Serve as the primary technical advisor during Claude adoption journeys
• Support customers using Claude API, Claude Code, and Claude for Enterprise
• Create and deliver technical content tailored to diverse audiences
• Guide architectural decisions and integration with customer tech stacks
• Help customers develop evaluation frameworks to measure Claude performance
• Identify common integration patterns and feed insights back to product/engineering teams
• Travel to customer sites for workshops and deep dives
