Job summary

Anthropic is seeking an Applied AI team member as a Pre-Sales architect to advise integrators, startups, and GovTech clients on deploying Claude. You will blend deep technical know-how with customer-facing skills to design scalable architectures that fit safety and reliability standards.

Working with Sales, Product, and Engineering, you’ll guide from discovery to deployment, develop evals, and articulate business value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager
• Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and integrating with enterprise systems
• Familiar with Python and common LLM frameworks or ML/data science background
• US Secret Clearance preferred; GovTech experience would be advantageous

Responsibilities

• Partner with account executives to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Serve as the primary technical advisor to enterprise customers through discovery, evaluation, and deployment
• Support customers building with Claude Code, Claude API, and Claude for Enterprise
• Create and deliver technical content tailored to engineering teams and executives
• Guide architectural decisions and integration of Claude into existing tech stacks
• Help customers develop evaluation frameworks to measure Claude’s performance
• Identify common integration patterns and share insights with Product/Engineering
• Travel frequently to customer sites for workshops and deep dives
• Maintain knowledge of latest LLM developments and implementation patterns
