Job summary

Reserv is seeking a Team Lead to act as a working leader supporting a Claims manager in the Commercial Transportation (trucking) line. You will mentor, coach, and supervise adjusters while handling select claims to model performance and service excellence.

This remote-friendly role emphasizes leveraging analytics and technology to improve efficiency, accuracy, and outcomes. You will report to the Claims leadership team, drive process improvements, and ensure a customer-centric, compliant claims

Qualifications

• 5+ years of insurance claims experience in multiple lines, with trucking/body injury preferred.
• 3+ years of leadership experience, including remote management
• Comfortable with technology and evolving claims systems
• Strong attention to detail and accountability with confidential information

Responsibilities

• Back up/leadership when Manager is out of office
• Direct reports management and onboarding tasks for new hires
• SME for first-line questions and escalations
• Increase reserve and payment authority for moderate reviews
• Lead team huddles and present claims insights to clients
