Qualifications

• 5+ years of insurance claims experience including bodily injury and property damage.
• Active adjuster license required: resident state or DHS license.
• 3+ years of leadership experience, preferably in a remote environment.
• Comfortable with technology and evolving claims systems to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a claims team, balancing management and individual contributor duties.
• Drive operational effectiveness using analytics and technology.
• Prepare and present comprehensive claims reports and trends to clients.
• Onboard new hires, manage access, and drive culture in a remote-first setting.
