Reserv Claims Analysis, LLC is seeking a Team Lead to supervise and mentor a Commercial Transportation Claims team. You will balance management duties with hands-on adjudication, driving operational efficiency through technology and analytics, and serving as a liaison with clients and customers.

The role emphasizes leadership in a remote-first environment, with a focus on coaching, performance metrics, and continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of insurance claims experience, preferably in trucking with bodily injury experience.
• Active adjuster license required: resident state license if available or DHS license.
• 3+ years of leadership experience, preferably managing in remote environments.
• Comfortable with technology and evolving claims systems to drive efficiencies.
• Demonstrated commitment to quality, accuracy, and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a Commercial Transportation Claims team; balance management with hands-on claims work.
• Deliver operational effectiveness through technology and analytics.
• Prepare and present comprehensive claims reports, metrics, and trends to clients.
