Job summary
Reserv Claims Analysis, LLC is seeking a Director of Commercial Transportation Claims to lead a team handling Trucking, Garage Keeper, Rideshare/TNC, and Delivery claims. Qualifications
- Leadership and growth-focused mindset for a remote team
- Expertise in commercial transportation claims including coverage and litigation
- Ability to review contracts and interpret policy language
- Comfort with technology-driven claims organizations and analytics
Responsibilities
- Manage a unit of Commercial Transportation claims professionals
- Achieve or exceed goals and overcome obstacles
- Implement best practices for claims handling across intake to recovery
- Monitor claims data to identify trends and drive process improvements
- Align team with client expectations and contractual SLAs
- Escalate and resolve complex claims
- Oversee reserving accuracy and adequacy
- Mitigate fraudulent claims and ensure regulatory compliance
- Foster teamwork, develop staff, and train for performance
- Collaborate with Account Management, Compliance, and Claims Operations
- Build relationships with policyholders, agents, brokers, and legal representatives
- Prepare and present claims reports, metrics, and loss mitigation guidance
