Job summary

Reserv is hiring a Team Lead for a pod of APD, BI or Litigation adjusters. You will coach, unblock, review complex files, and manage a reduced caseload while ensuring quality, timeliness and service goals.

You will guide daily operations, review reserves, approve settlements within authority, onboard new adjusters and mentor the team. This remote role emphasizes strong leadership and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

5+ years leadership in claims
1 year informal leadership preferred
License: resident-state or DHS; willing to obtain licenses within 60 days
Bachelor's degree preferred; AIC/CPCU a plus

Responsibilities

Guide a pod of adjusters through daily questions, escalations and high-severity files.
Review files and reserves, provide feedback, ensure client instructions and regulations.
Approve settlements and reserve changes within delegated authority; route larger items to Manager.
Onboard and train new adjusters; conduct regular 1-on-1s and file reviews.
Balance workload to meet inventory, diary and cycle-time targets.
Monitor daily/weekly reports; identify stale/aging claims and drive action.
Serve as first point of contact for carrier, client, counsel and vendor escalations.
Contribute to weekly business reviews with clear status, risks and trends.
Handle a reduced caseload of the most complex claims.
Raise recurring issues and process gaps to Manager early.
