Job summary

Reserv is seeking a Property Claims Team Lead to manage a remote desk of claim adjusters, driving efficiency and accuracy in claims handling. This leadership role balances management duties with hands-on contributions, leveraging technology and analytics to improve outcomes.

You will oversee performance, mentor staff, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex losses while ensuring regulatory compliance and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in insurance, business, or related field.
• 5+ years in insurance property claims.
• 3+ years leading remote teams.
• Active adjuster license or eligible.
• Comfort with technology and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a remote desk of claim adjusters across accounts.
