Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience in claims or a similar external activity.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of claims adjusters (up to 15) in a remote U.S. environment.
• Oversee claims activities including administration, adjudication, compliance, investigations, and settlements when appropriate.
• Use productivity, quality, and service data to identify trends and provide coaching.
• Manage team workload to meet service levels in a high-volume setting.
• Resolve escalations and serve as SME for processes and training.
• Communicate changes clearly and provide ongoing support for system/product updates.
• Conduct performance reviews and support employee development and engagement.
• Collaborate across departments and participate in client meetings and audits.
