Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Adjuster license.
• 5+ years of claims-related experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience managing people.
• Strong attention to detail and investigative skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of up to 15 claims adjusters, setting clear expectations and fostering a positive, accountable environment.
• Oversee claims activities including administration, adjudication, compliance, investigations, and sound settlements.
• Use productivity, quality, and service data to identify trends and coach for improvement.
• Manage workload to meet service levels in a high-volume environment.
• Resolve escalations and serve as SME for processes and training.
• Communicate changes and provide ongoing support for system/process updates.
• Conduct performance reviews and support employee development.
