Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and 7 years in data systems mgmt.
- Minimum 5 years in supervisory role.
- Experience with health insurance/claims systems a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership to a team of Systems Analysts overseeing the claims management system.
- Oversee staff, vendors, BRDs, contracts, and ticket resolutions.
- Develop and implement strategic roadmap for the claims software aligned with org goals.
- Collaborate with ISD, PMO, Cloud/Infra for projects and governance.
- Monitor progress, escalate risks, and report status to leadership.
- Ensure compliance with Medicaid rules and related regulations.
