Partners Behavioral Health Management is seeking a Claims System Manager to lead the claims system team and drive strategic roadmap across our software applications. The role requires coordinating with ISD, PMO, and vendors to deliver compliant, reliable solutions while maintaining strong stakeholder communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems Management, Health Information Management, or closely related field.
• Seven years of experience in management of data systems, with focus on claims or health insurance systems a plus.
• Minimum five years in a management/supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to a team of Systems Analysts managing the claims system.
• Oversee staff, vendors, BRDs, contracts, and ticket resolutions with regular status updates.
• Define the strategic roadmap for claims management software aligned with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ISD and PMO to ensure project health and timely delivery.
• Ensure compliance with Medicaid rules and regulations in North Carolina context.
