Job summary
Partners Behavioral Health Management seeks a Claims System Manager to provide strategic leadership for the claims management system and related applications within the Information Services division. You will guide a team of systems analysts and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align the roadmap with organizational goals.
The role emphasizes vendor management, BRDs, and service desk coordination, with a focus on timely delivery, risk mitigation, and policy compliance,
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field and seven years of data systems management experience preferred.
- Experience leading medium to large teams in health insurance or claims systems desired.
- Knowledge of NC Medicaid rules and regulations is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Directs and oversees the Claims Systems Analyst team and related staff.
- Oversees BRDs, vendor contracts, and service desk ticket resolution.
- Coordinates with PMO, ISD, and stakeholders to align projects with strategy.
- Identifies vision, roadmap, and backlog priorities for the claims system.
- Ensures timely production deployments and escalation handling.
