Job summary

Partners Behavioral Health Management is seeking a Claims System Manager to lead a team of analysts managing the Vaya Partners claims system and related applications. You will shape the strategic roadmap, align with organizational goals, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams across ISD and PMO to ensure compliant, timely, and efficient claims processing.

• Proven ability to lead and manage medium to large teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for system issues.
• Experience with claims management software and data tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staff and vendors for system configuration, development, implementation, maintenance, and support.
• Manage BRDs, vendor contracts, and service desk ticket resolution with proper records and updates.
• Escalate items behind schedule or at risk to outline timely mitigations.
• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and VP of Business Services.
• Define and implement strategic roadmaps for claims management software aligned to org goals.
• Coordinate with PMO, ISD, Cloud, and Infrastructure teams for project success.
