Job summary

Partners Behavioral Health Management is seeking a Claims System Manager to lead a team of analysts responsible for the Vaya Partners claims management system and related applications.

The role focuses on strategic roadmap development, staff/vendor oversight, and cross‑functional collaboration to meet organizational goals while ensuring timely issue resolution and governance across ISD teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems Management, Health Information Management, or closely related field.
• Seven (7) years of experience in management of data systems, focus on claims or health insurance systems a plus.

Responsibilities

• Directs and provides oversight to the Claims Systems Analyst Supervisor(s) team including but not limited to hiring, supervising, evaluating, and mentoring the Claims System Analyst team.
• Monitors workload and staffing to maintain productivity.
• Facilitate design, development, implementation, and operation of the claims management and associated software systems.
• Provide daily status updates to upper management as directed by the VP of Business Services.
• Monitor BRDs, vendor contracts, and ticket resolution with regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Oversee selection, implementation, and maintenance of software applications; coordinate with PMO and ISD teams.
