Job summary

Partners Behavioral Health Management seeks a Claims System Manager to lead a team of analysts managing a claims system and related applications. You will steer strategy, oversee staff and vendors, and align initiatives with Medicaid rules and organizational goals.

You will collaborate across ISD, manage BRDs and contracts, and ensure timely resolution of issues, while communicating project health to executives and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and seven+ years in data systems management.
• Experience managing claims/health insurance systems is a plus.
• Proven leadership of medium to large teams with vendor oversight.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staff and vendors for system configuration, development, and support.
• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and escalating risks.
• Drive strategic roadmap for the claims management system and BRDs.
• Collaborate across ISD to ensure timely project delivery and governance.
• Manage vendor contracts, ticket resolution, and cross-functional escalations.
