Job summary

Partners Behavioral Health Management is seeking a Claims System Manager to lead a team of analysts and oversee the organization’s claims management software and related applications. You will drive strategic roadmap, vendor coordination, and BRD governance within a federal/state-regulated environment.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, ensure timely issue resolution, and align projects with ISD architecture while maintaining strong stakeholder communication and adherence to North

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; seven years of data systems/claims management experience preferred.
• Experience managing medium to large teams and vendors.
• Strong knowledge of Medicaid rules, especially NC Medicaid, and health information management.

Responsibilities

• Directs and supervises the Claims Systems Analyst team and contractors to ensure timely hiring, evaluation, mentoring, and performance.
• Oversees BRDs, vendor contracts, and ticket resolution with detailed status reporting.
• Leads project oversight, resource allocation, and ensures alignment with ISD architecture and goals.
• Manages the claims management system roadmap, prioritizes backlog, and coordinates cross-functional collaboration.
• Escalates risks and maintains compliance with organizational policies and service levels.
• Provides regular status updates to stakeholders and ensures timely delivery of enhancements.
