Job summary

Vaya Partners is seeking a Claims System Manager to lead a team of analysts, oversee the claims management system, and guide the strategic roadmap for the platform. The role collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and compliant operations.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience managing large teams, vendors, and BRDs, with a strong background in Medicaid rules and regulatory requirements. Remote work is possible for Florida/GA-based candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems Management, Health Information Management, or closely related field.
• 7+ years of experience managing data systems, preferably in health/claims.
• Minimum 5 years in a management/supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the claims management system and teams.
• Oversee staff, vendors, BRDs, and ticket resolution.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects and timely deliveries.
• Escalate risks and align initiatives with organizational goals.
