Role requires strong leadership, extensive experience in claims processing software, and collaboration across cross-functional teams. Remote option available for qualified candidates in eligible states.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field; seven years in data systems management preferred.
• Minimum five years in a management or supervisory role.
• Experience with health claims systems and Medicaid rules is a plus.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Directs and oversees the Claims Systems Analyst teams.
• Oversees BRDs, vendor contracts, and ticket resolution.
• Ensures projects align with ISD architecture and business goals.
• Provides regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Defines vision and roadmaps for the claims management system.
