Job summary

Partners Behavioral Health Management is seeking a Claims System Manager to provide strategic leadership for the claims management system and related applications. You will oversee staff and vendors, define the technical roadmap, and ensure delivery of projects aligned with organizational goals.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage BRDs and contracts, and provide regular updates to stakeholders to drive timely and quality outcomes in a remote work setting across eligible U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems Management, Health Information Management, or closely related field.
• Seven years of experience in management of data systems, focus on claims or health insurance systems a plus.
• Minimum of five years in a management/supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Directs and provides oversight to the Claims Systems Analyst teams and vendors, ensuring staffing and performance standards.
• Oversees project selection, implementation, and maintenance of software applications and reporting.
• Helps define vision, roadmap, and priorities for the claims management system aligned with organizational goals.
• Monitors BRDs, vendor contracts, ticket resolution, and escalations; maintains regular status updates with stakeholders.
• Supports ISD teams and cross-functional collaboration to deliver projects on time and within scope.
