Job summary

Vaya Partners is seeking a Claims System Manager to lead a team of systems analysts and drive the strategic roadmap for our claims management software. You will interact with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and system optimization.

Responsibilities include staff oversight, BRD and contract governance, and escalation management, with a focus on Medicaid rules compliance and enterprise-wide alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of data systems management experience (health/claims focus a plus).
• Minimum 5 years in a management/supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Directs and oversees the Claims Systems Analyst Supervisor team, including hiring, supervising, evaluating, and mentoring.
• Oversees BRDs, vendor contracts, and ticket resolution; escalates risks and ensures timely status updates to stakeholders.
• Defines and implements strategic roadmaps for the claims management system and coordinates with cross-functional teams.
