Job summary
Vaya Partners is seeking a Claims System Manager to provide strategic leadership for our claims management system and related applications. You will guide a team of Systems Analysts, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and shape the roadmap to align with our mission and Medicaid compliance.
In this role you will supervise staff and vendors, manage BRDs and contracts, oversee project delivery, and ensure timely issue resolution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 7+ years in data systems management.
- Minimum 5 years in a management or supervisory role.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership to a team of Systems Analysts.
- Oversee system configuration, development, and maintenance for claims management.
- Manage BRDs, vendor contracts, and ticket resolution with stakeholders.
- Ensure timely escalation and alignment with ISD architecture and policies.
- Report project status to leadership and coordinate cross-functional projects.
