Job summary

Vaya Partners seeks a Claims System Manager to lead the claims management system and supporting applications within the Information Services division. You will define and drive the strategic roadmap for the Claims Management software, ensuring alignment with the organization’s mission, vision, and values, while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

You will supervise staff and vendors, manage BRDs and contracts, monitor project health, escalate risks, and ensure timely delivery of features

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years in a supervisory role.
• 7 years in data systems management focusing on claims or health insurance.
• Strong leadership, communication, and vendor management skills.

Responsibilities

• Directs and provides oversight to claims systems staff and vendors, ensuring timely delivery.
• Oversees BRDs, contracts, and ticket resolution with regular status updates.
• Manages project health, escalations, and alignment with ISD architecture and goals.
• Ensures compliance with Medicaid rules and related regulations as applicable.
