Allcat Claims Service, LLC is seeking an empathetic Administrative Assistant for a seasonal, remote-friendly role supporting high-volume weather-related claims. You will be the first contact for insured customers, delivering a calm, professional experience during stressful times.

Responsibilities include initiating outbound calls within 24 hours, sharing adjuster contacts, documenting each interaction, and following established processes.
