Lumelight is hiring an Account Manager-Claims Reporting to serve as the primary contact for clients using our health insurance analytics platform. The role emphasizes timely, accurate, and empathetic support for inquiries, with HIPAA compliance and data security at its core.

The candidate will handle stop loss tracking, plan financials, and claims reporting while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of administrative or client management experience; healthcare preferred.
• Knowledge of employee benefits and self-funded health plans is a plus.
• Healthcare or claims auditing experience is advantageous.
• Ability to review client plan docs, audit findings and responses.

Responsibilities

• Resolve inquiries about Lumelight analytics platform.
• Support questions on stop loss tracking, plan financial tracking, claims and chronic condition reporting.
• Pull and securely deliver Lumelight data to customers.
• Lead software testing during releases.
• Lead projects and coordinate group additions for customers.
• Provide SME in analytics or health insurance.
