Job summary

Great American Insurance Group is seeking a remote Claims Operations Associate II for Mountain or Central Time Zone candidates. The role provides administrative support to workers' compensation claims professionals and partners with adjusters to ensure accurate claim setup and processing.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in claims operations or related insurance admin role required.
• Experience supporting workers' compensation adjusters preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication with internal/external stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be located in Mountain or Central Time Zone and work standard hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support to workers' compensation adjusters by handling claim-related administrative activities.
• Set up and maintain claim files with accurate information.
• Verify coverage and support claim-related transactions and payments.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and voicemail; escalate complex issues.
• Gather information, identify discrepancies, and assist with issue resolution.
• Prepare and distribute claim-related correspondence and forms.
