Qualifications

• Experience in claims operations or insurance admin.
• Experience supporting workers' compensation adjusters or claims professionals preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support to workers' compensation adjusters and manage claim-related admin.
• Set up and maintain claim files and ensure accurate data in systems.
• Respond to inquiries by phone, email, and voicemail and escalate as needed.
• Coordinate outreach to collect information and support file development.
• Maintain confidentiality and meet productivity and quality standards.
