Job summary

Great American Insurance Group is seeking a remote Claims Operations Associate II to support workers' compensation claims professionals. This role offers 37.5 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Mountain/Central Time, and is located within MT/CT time zones.

You will manage claim files, verify coverage, respond to inquiries, and coordinate with adjusters and other teams to ensure accurate, compliant processing while upholding high service standards.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills for professional interaction.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in claims operations or related insurance administration preferred.
• Location within Mountain or Central Time Zone and ability to work standard hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support to workers' compensation adjusters and maintain claim files.
• Verify coverage, process transactions, and support financial processing activities.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or voicemail and escalate complex issues.
• Coordinate information gathering and documentation for claim development.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with procedures.
