Great American Insurance Group is seeking a Claims Operations Associate II for a remote, work-from-home role in the Mountain or Central Time Zone. The position supports workers' compensation claims professionals, handling setup, documentation, and inquiries during a 37.5-hour workweek from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

MT/CT. The role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and strong communication with adjusters and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in claims operations or related insurance administrative role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support to workers' compensation adjusters by managing claim-related administrative activities.
• Set up and maintain claim files with accurate, timely information.
• Verify coverage, process claim transactions, and support payment activities.
• Respond to inquiries by phone, email, and voicemail; escalate complex issues as needed.
• Coordinate outreach to collect information and schedule appointments for claim development.
• Maintain organized workloads using systems such as ClaimConnect, ClaimCenter, OpsNow, Outlook, and other platforms.
• Assist with litigation support by organizing required claim documentation.
• Meet productivity, quality, and service expectations while handling multiple priorities.
