The role is fully remote for candidates in Mountain or Central Time Zone, offering a 37.5-hour workweek, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. MT/CT.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in claims operations, claims processing, claims support, or related insurance admin role.
• Experience supporting workers' compensation adjusters/claims professionals preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication for internal/external stakeholders.
• Able to manage multiple tasks with accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be located within Mountain or Central Time Zone and work standard business hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support to workers' compensation adjusters by managing claim-related administrative activities.
• Set up and maintain claim files with timely, accurate information.
• Verify coverage, process claim-related transactions, and assist with payments.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and voicemail; resolve routine issues.
• Gather information, identify discrepancies, and support issue resolution.
