Job summary

Reserv is seeking a Claims Manager in a remote-first environment to lead multiple teams of adjusters across lines of business. You will drive operational efficiency using analytics and technology, ensuring high-quality claims handling and regulatory compliance.

You will manage performance, mentor teams, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver client value and effective loss mitigation across diverse lines of business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in insurance or related field required.
• 10+ years in insurance claims management across multiple lines of business.
• 5+ years in a remote management role.
• Comfortable with technology to evolve claims systems for efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple teams of adjusters across lines of business.
