Qualifications

• 5+ years of insurance claims experience across multiple lines of business.
• Demonstrated leadership responsibilities and ability to manage in a remote environment.
• Strong technical aptitude to leverage analytics for performance improvements.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership support to a Claims manager and oversee Commercial Auto Claims staff.
• Balance management with individual contributor duties as volume dictates.
• Prepare and present comprehensive claims reports, metrics, and trends to clients.
